Hello to all the new people.

Sorry not been posting this week, it's been busy.

Everyone seems to be doing some good miles. Shame about the calf niggle GG. The medication might take time to kick in Steve, you are doing great.

I like a variety of terrain too HS, definitely good to run on both trail and road.

I was at the club session on Tuesday, short intervals, was ok nothing exciting. Then an easy run yesterday morning. It's been cool again this week but I did enjoy the sun early yesterday morning. Long run for me on Sunday, looking like it might be a wet one.

Have a good weekend everyone 😃.

Another refugee from the similar thread on RW.

YTD:393.5

I suspect this site has somewhere to log your runs, I'll try and figure it out.

Good evening everyone. Coming over from RW and retaining my 'name' (MrM2) and also bringing my 2024 tally with me (765 miles). Hoping to maintain a weekly average of around 30 miles. Last run was yesterday, and hope to run again tomorrow (Saturday).

Hope to meet up with some familiar names, and also get to know some new ones very soon.
