I'm sure that hairdressers will have protective masks etc., but maybe not the customers.

My wife was flown off to Edinburgh with subarachnoid haemorrhage from a cerebral aneurysm at the end of May (doing well now) and i've been having a grumbling kidney stone treated (lithotripsy X2). Running has not been comfortable for me and not high on priorities. It seemed an appropriate time to just spend at home, especially as having 2 daughters home sequentially to "look after us". However intend to get going again with new month.

Best wishes Peter to you and your wife and I hope that you both get back to full health soon.
Very hot and humid today and I ran 5.1 miles with a club mate. We both struggled in the heat, so it was a bit of a plod.
