Sorry to hear of your troubles PF. Hope you and your wife are on the mend soon.

Hill repeats today with some friends. Don't always love hills but really enjoyed the session tonight.

Hope you're both recovered soon, Peter.

I need to go for a run or two. I see FF creeping up on me!

Do you listen to the podcast Mark? I did give you a little warning during my contribution. Anyway you didn't run today so that's 5 miles I've gained :-)

6miles in rising morning temperatures. Don't think I'd enjoy a later run! A huge bee swarm hanging from a tree in the woods persuaded me to increase my plod to a jog!!

Very hot and humid this morning and ran 5.6 miles in the forest with 3 club mates. This included a structured session of 5 x 1k with 2 minute recoveries. A very tough workout!

11.1 miles. Started early enough and did the 1st 8 miles with a friend. Glad to get it done as very warm now!

afternoon all,

some great running and chasing going on :-)

warm up a 1m TT and cool down for me today... a total of 4.37m, the TT was a full minute slower than my last mile effort at the Westminster Mile last year... so a bit of work to do to reduce that me thinks. (now that will be a challenge...)

Take care
