Great that you've hit 200 miles gg especially when it has seemed rather a lot of obstacles were getting in your way. You, your Mam and friend did well extending the four miler.
Wise of course to have rest days hs ( and of course I meant "fine running" in my previous post!). Yeah, walking was often scoffed at back in the day and only maybe five or six steps acceptable towards the end of a marathon! And then, if you were in a running club you'd have to ride the wave of amicable ridicule!! Nice to run a here there and everywhere 10k and yes, a chilling wind today.
My knee stays ok! 4.21 (!!) along trails with puddles still but retreating a bit at last.

4.6 miles on almost dried out trails but surprise surprise....more heavy rain expected soon! I'm truly stuck in my run/walk regime and still labouring but at least enjoying it. No sign of any results from my tests so will again ask my GP to chase things up.

Well done Steve for this mornings 4.6 miles, it's good that you are now enjoying run/walking.

I hope it won't be too long before you have the results of your tests.

No rain here at the moment, but still very cold. I've done this mornings Farmers Walk which was a bit lighter than Fridays.

7.15 miles this morning with the intention of looking at cars. I was waylaid at one garage and didn't get time to visit a second but I also stopped to chat to minardi when we were running towards each other.
Well done for your run Steve and your farmers walk hillstrider.
Well done to you too Jaks for continuing your run streak.

Well done running guys. FF are you tempted into new wheels rather than repairing yours (down the line)?

I got out at lunch and am now officially over the 200m mark with 202

Bit damp and grey here really ready for spring.

Keeping options open GG as we can't seem to find a subframe anywhere, although I haven't tried Ford for a price or availability.

Oops double postage. Wise to keep options open and you never know something might catch your eye.

Mind you my cousin just posted her insurance has lept from £910 to £2160 and she’s not had any claims! The insurance is a joke they don’t chase uninsured drivers then hike insurers drivers prices up. Might have to seriously think of dropping to single car household.
