I've never run on an empty stomach. I think of food as fuel, and don't fancy running on empty.

I ran another virtual isolation 5k challenge this morning in 26.40, a WAVA of 69.16% Vo2 max 46.
My mileage on fetcheveryone since 2011 is 16,927.

Thanks folks. Love this website and have managed to persuade many friends and my brother to join recently. We're all data geeks!

Downpour here too hillstrider! Ten minutes to get soaked! We've already has as much rain this June as last June here in South East Wales--after that very dry May! (that's non-running data for you slowblonde!!)

Nice 10k through woods, trails, up hills (and down!). Earlyish morning run with my wife who considered it an easy jog while I found it periodically tough! I usually run on my own and can make adjustments to suit--could've done that anyway today but ego gets in the way sometimes!!
