Don't knock it steve - at least you are still running it!! I know far younger runners than you (or even far younger than me!) who struggle to do 7 miles and/or any kind of pace.

My WAVA score for my 5k time trial was better than expected - because I'd had a birthday the week before!!

Just when I thought I'd snuck back into bronze position a new name appears in the list above me!

HS, I'm also 74, and my birthday will be 3rd November. When is yours? Anyway, whoever is the most senior, you are by far the most distinguished afleet.

Evangel, my birthday is 6th December, so you have the honour of being most senior.

RFJ, that challenge is rather novel. Good job the challenge was in minutes and not miles.

I ran 6.5 miles in the forest with 2 running friends this morning, including a pyramid session. 60, 90, 120 seconds, 10k pace out, 5k pace return. 2 sets total.

Me too, Lesley!

Ha, I'm probably not going to be able to stay at these exalted heights on the table Gromit, once all everyone's weekend long runs get logged!
