Well done Steve!

You'll get there Hillstrider. :-)

Added a new parkrun pb to my weekend too, so I'm having a good weekend!
(Almost perfect conditions - slightly misty and very still. Very satisfying!)

Well done Steve.

It was certainly colder today and the cold is going to be coming from the East this week so us on the east coast will certainly feel it. Shorts are for the summer only with me.

Congratulations on your parkrun pb Markymark. I'm afraid my 5k pb was way back in 1992, in the Victoria Cup (Portsmouth.) They didn't have parkruns in those days, and I only ran three 5k road races.

Never too old. (Maybe too slow as time goes by!)

Thanks!

I've just realised I've broken 1500 miles this morning. :-)

It certainly wasn't a target at the beginning of the year and is my highest ever yearly mileage total to date. Also there's about 6 weeks of the year to go. :-O

I suppose the mileage adds up when you train for a marathon.

That's a great total FF! That's a lot of miles in front of me!
You're doing well Ness after all that problem with your foot screw!
Road races! Those were the days hillstrider--near enough 100% club runners always running at the top end of their ability! God..I often used to feel awful!!

FF - Great consistency with not only all those miles but also the fact you have got a Pb at every distance and when you haven't you were very close.
