Wind still in the east so it was hard work coming back into town.
Fetchpointing with eL Bee!. Slightly spoiled by my left hamstring being in one of its moods (it had muttered a little in the last couple of miles of yesterday's run). Not painful enough to put me off my stride, just annoying. Legs otherwise fine and wouldn't have minded a few more miles.
Gave the Triumph 21s their first outing. They'll do!

Well done 👍

Well done V’rap 👏
Hard work is good

Hard work will make me stronger and head winds are speedwork in disguise, but if I'd been doing a long run today I'd definitely have gone point to point.
Well done, Vrap 👏
