daz g ok til halfway(131) then disaster. bad stomach cramps from around 14 miles to 18 had to take 2 tiolet  breaks.then had to have ankle strapped up by st johns at mile 22 so by then iwas just trying to finish. still always the next one to try and break 3 hours. like the t shirt

Race start was a complete joke, 1min into the race before those in the area I was even realised the race had started!!!

Foxy a great race, took 30 mins off last years time on essesntially the same course although it did include a lap of the park to start with. 

I was over the moon to break 3 hours 30 for the first time in the UK & my second fastest marathon ever :)

Jogging Jon Enjoyed this race although the foot was a bit and I held back knowing there are a further 3 marathons to be done in September. HIghlights were running for a bit with Mrs JJ and Plodding Hippo and seeing Mick n Phil

mitch01 ran with a months trainning into the marathon ran well but got cramp at 18 and 22 mile losted  about 20 mins 
but still got a bp.

plodding hippo thats the official time-i think I was a couple of minutes faster, but my garmin died just before mile 26!!!!!!

managed to run till 15 miles, did first half in 2.07(STUPID) and was then dizzy till mile 20
