jack737 Perfect weather. I was on dayshift at the time and in good condition. Was a bit late arriving, so lots of dashing about to get ready. Started a bit slow, but ran well and strong right to the end without once looking at the watch. In fact I didn't even start the timer.

Kynon Recurrent hip flexor/upper left quad issue came back at about mile 7.5. Hills hard, but not quite as hard as expected. Downhills easier than expected!

alifrobertson Ran way way way too fast up the hill, folk started passing me along the Swanley stretch towards halfway, I was sore and slow heading back. Needed to run last 3 miles at 7min/mile to get under 1:40:00.
