Alun Standard Chartered Great City Race 2017. Ran quite hard despite the early congestion (rethink of the start pens required), maintained my pace through 4k and then pushed harder to the finish, just missed sub 19 minutes but very pleased with a 45 seconds course PB and 26 seconds faster than my parkrun PB!
