Running Caz Really pleased with this as took first 2-3M easy due to sleepness night and threatening cold. Enjoyed course, did feel pushed at times but I know i can do better than this :-) This is my CHIP time :-)

UltraDunc Well a near perfect day , wind was not too much of a problem . I felt there was plenty left in my legs at the 10 mile and started to push as hard as could . A minute outside my pb but the same time as last weeks HM barring 3 secs - amazing .
