MattTheRat Lost loads of time with the shambolic start. Running 6 miles there didn't help on the last lap either! Really enjoyed it though - quicker than last year even if still crap.

ancient Tough as always. Fell over before first hill and then had to stop after first lap when laces came undone! Spikes started to hurt on final lap as parts were still quite dry, although there were usual quagmires. 1 min faster than last year, so some progress despite disasters.
