Firestarter Target race for the next PB...:-) EDIT.... BUGGER !!!!!!.......Too hot and humid, oppressively hotand humid......a real challenge today. a rather unintersting course for the most part and unfortunately I missed the PB by 5 or 6 seconds.....oh well next time

ross52477 A massive PB for me so very pleased. All seemed to come good for this race. Found it hard between 6 and 9k but pleased with finish. Well done everyone from Barrow.
