Ally2 try to ek out a small Pb on a flat course if not too windy on exposed course. if sweltering then revise to sub 33. sweltering- 27degrees- and sub 33. Went out too fast with 3k in 9:31. through 5k in 16:03 then lost big concentration on the long race track between 5-8k and let douglas go away. From 8k got energy back and sun also went in, so came back in 2 x3:15 Ks. Only 12 secs off PB and feel much more is in the tank if less hot, and keep it together in 5-8K. Should be closer to James Douglas. Came 6th.
