MacDaz Really chuffed with this. After no running for 2 weeks and little for a month, plus an extra 5lbs courtesy of my holiday this was never going to be a pb. I ran really easy at the start and then picked up after halfway and this was the result. Course best and my second fastest 10k. But as ever thinking of what could have been, the weather was perfect and I could have done better! ;-)

Marigold Modesty aside, to put it bluntly - I had a blinder. 2min improvement on my (soft) PB with an offical time of 32:29. Only got me 7th place but 1st team scorer and helped to get the club the team win.
