About Me
47 years old,and trying to get back into running.
Still Married with 3 Children 19, 17, 14
Started running way back in the 80's, with Mike Rankin.
Ran for a club called Human Energy.
My best times:
Mile = 5.5 minutes
10k = 40 minutes

Half Marathon = 1 hour,30 minute.
Since returning to running unable to get below 46 for a 10k
I'm only able to train 3 times a week.
