SuperSooks Great race, idea was to enjoy it, but run hard to get an idea of my current state of fitness post illlness and FLM. Enjoyed it loads :-) and realised the speed is coming back fast than I thought :-). Very well organised, nice flat course, nice mini-fete on the park too. Great day out (even if it was raining!)
