Stealth Ninja Had a few probelms with injuries but went for it. Not totally happy but it was a very warm/hot day. A great race and my first one I run two years I would have liked to have gone out with a PB but it was not ment to be. I say this because this year I joined Poole Runners the club that put the race on and you can do one more race when you join then you are needed to help out after that so this was my last one :( A sad today for me in one way due to this as I said above beening my first race and what got me started on run and entering races, thanks to beening challenged to give it a go. But as I said great day, great race, and well put together and run.

SuperSooks Far too hot, especially for a race at 2pm, it would be a better race if it was held at say 10am. I think I went off too fast for the conditions so payed for it in the second lap, felt really good at the start though but became increasingly aware I was not coping well with the heat. Nice t-shirt though and well organised race.
