Blugirl This was my first ever race in 2007 and I was 7mins quicker than last year - 3 of the miles run in under 8mins, broke my sub 40 goal which I was hoping to do on a flat course this season so got to be happy with that!

Baron 5:40 5:42 5:45 6:21 5:30 Tired in mile 4, going up that hill and up and around the estate. 11 seconds quicker than last year and most front runners' times were about 30 seconds down on last year, must have been due to the conditions. A PB and overall quite pleased.

eMpTy Disasterous problems with breathing/asthma - very frustrating. Tough two lapper, it'll be good test to see if pace is coming back before Abo in October, minimal tappering for this one.
