Ally2 10th in county, 45th in mids so top 200 in the nationals? 156th to be exact. The course was tough with a mud bath of a section for first mile of lap 1 and 2. plenty of climbs where I could make places up. Fantastice race where with huge numbers you may lose a place but then gain one as someone blows. Got a few Leics scalps taking williams in final 400m. got outsprinted by few guys down the hill towards the end but satisfied to sprint past a halesowen man at the line! Superb day.

man, slow Tough run, found it quite intimidating toe in the line with proper atheletes but soon got left in there wake. 2nd lap much better, should of pushed on more to get in top 600, never mind great experiance!!!

Muds This is the classic CC course! Yep right in the middle of London. There is nothing like the start of the National. Great run. Not muddy enough for me! Beat a few guys that beat me on shorter less demanding terrain. Would have nmade top half if I hadn't fallen over! 732/1455. Nice run Ally! 156 a room to run.

Ginger Chicken It was tough and I wonder whether my 15mm spikes might have been a bit too long.

BigChiefRunningBore Tough muddyfunster of a course, with a dazzling sun, how the winner managed this in 38 mins is beyond belief. A pw I think, but hey I did it and the next road race will be a breeze.
