Duke of Drayton My first time at this one so the undulations were a bit of a shock I never realised Lichfield was so hilly. Not a PB but pleased all the same considering the hills and a two week lay off from training. Well organised and friendly with a good quality T shirt at the end.

runFattyrun Entered this last year but had to ack out after picking up an injury left it as late as I could to enter this time but as it's local I'm in with Lorraine so hoping for a decent time (for us) Yaya happy with that a few nast bumps and slow start as it was crowded but a good run timed with Garmin as it took a while to get over the start line

stilldreaming My Garmin time - a course PB for me. Official time around 53.44 - same as last year!! Found it hot again this year and that hill on Darnford Lane never gets any easier.
