MrMarcus into the 2nd week of training plan, looking for a big improvement on last years time hopefully a couple of minutes. Got to be happy, massive pb, by 3 minutes oh so close to breaking 90 mins! Good solid start, then settled down to solid 7 minute miling.Felt very strong.

robrea Went all out for the sub 1-15 and London Marathon ticket yet came up short again :-( The windy weather and undulating course made things very tricky today. It was a really enjoyable well organised race, thumbs up to Ipswich Jaffa!
