Decided i wanted to run the London Marathon after i got married in 2009 never ran a mile before this bright idea!!!! started training for a 5k back in october 2009 and wanted a sub 30mins and got 29:49! Joined Harwich Runners and havent looked back since love being part of the club & love running not sure running loves me tho!!! slow and steady (basically a plodder!!) runner. Had my baby boy ben in 2012 and started slowly coming back to it then got a place for London 2014 so slowly has had to turn into rapidly getting back into it x
