Billy-Whizz-Haining Final race of the series and my fastest this season, had a great tussle with my club mate Andy who achieved a pb, well done to Andy, but i did manage to pick up the overall 2nd male for the series

Bolt After a long week and lots of hill training felt tired for this...and, boy, did it show! Legs of lead and that horrid feeling of going backward on the return 2km. Glad to get it over with by the end. A race best forgotten...
