Musical Journey Perfect conditions. The weather was almost balmy. For some reason, I couldn't get going in this. Maybe wearing my astro boots and 3 layers was overkill. My feet ached and my body felt restricted, I struggled to move with any freedom. My recent knee problem thankfully was not compromised thanks to a knee support. Very dissapointing time but glad to have got through it and its opened my eyes as to the degradation in my fitness since April. I need to maintain form and get into shape for Tough Guy now!
