Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

ancient Few seconds slower than last year - despite much better conditions this year. Some breeze which made it much more pleasant. Well organised race with some good runners! Couple of slightly muddy sections, but given recent rains, pretty good!

Flat Out Fi It always seems to be a hot day for the Harlow 10 race!! V glad the start time for it is 9.30 am these days - I wouldnt have wanted to have had to run it at 11 am!

A really well organised event as always and I was really glad to discover they had bottled water at the water stops - its soo much better!

I had a good run today and felt strong! There were two super fast ladies in the field - June Allen who was 2nd today and Alex G from Eton Manor who was 1st lady.

I felt strong and was really pleased to finish 4th lady overall and got the trophy for 1st FV35!!

Other Striders there were Gemma T, Andy M (who was 4th), Simon Chambers, Robert Shaw and Chris Bushell - if we had one more lady running today we would have defo got the team prize!

It was pretty warm but there are some shady bits along the way luckily!
