Hev My slowest 10K for ages!!!!!!!!!!! What excuses can I give? It was a slow tight start for the first 1.5k's...suprisingly hot..I had been walking round Pembrokeshire the 2 days before!! Apart from that I was very pleased to take part in the first GWR. Plus it was my first race on home soil. Well organised and a nice atmosphere. Ned to step up my training now though ready for the GNR!

Sime Struggling with an achillies injury at the moment so not expecting a quick time. Managed a far quicket time than i was expecting, course was good although the hill up to penarth was quite long, good conditions helped as well. Achillies wasn't too bad.
