hannkies 3 weeks after my marathon, and was privately hoping for sub 80 mins.Ran ok ,only a minute outside pb,fairly hopeful of beating 80 next year!

Dannyboy01 The first 4 miles seemed to be a struggle for no apparent reason but then had some water and managed to find a decent rhythm for the rest of the race and got a new PB - yay! Bit gutted about the stadium announcer not calling out my name as I finished though! Good flat course and some nice scenery, recommended.

Running Beans One of those races that you kind of get talked into by certain other members around you, knowing fine and full well that you have not had completly or proper training for it. I went to do it with the only expectation being to finish the run. Had a running partner for about 11 miles then they decided I was going to slow and they ran off and left me, but then thats what running is all about and I am glad that I was able to help someone along to completing their first half. Had a ball good run anfd afterards was not to bad although one pint was all that I could handle. Position 62nd of 1273

shannon 3 hours of 5 a side and even more booze is no way to prepare for a race in this lovely area of England. Infact so nice, it deserves to be part of Scotland.

Raisty Raist Was quite wram again it seems whever i race it is boiling but was nowhere near as bad as the GNR. Went off too fast but still managed to get round in a pb but only by 30 seconds. Which I am very pleased with.
