Dvorak Decent running conditions, well organised, another good shirt for the collection (always good shirts here and I tend to use them as race shirts) and I ran my best time in eleven goes at it :-). Paced well (1:07 neg split), lovely to run a few km with Tigerlily; felt good. Lots of happy faces at the end.
