Flat Out Fi Essex 20 - 1st County Champ race of the year. Weather was pretty dire - esp compared to last Sunday when it was lovely and sunny! We had rain all the time and the wind was getting up too! New course this year, 3 laps and had a few testing hills in it! Felt I did ok thoughl, I was 4th lady overall and 2nd FV35 so got a Silver County Medal so v chuffed with that!! June Allen was 1st lady - no surprise there! Didnt know the one who was 2nd. Nikki was 3rd (2.18) and I was 4th (2.21). Legs arent too bad now either so maybe I am getting stronger!!

Siddy Went through 10m in 1:07:36 ran with Chris Pearce. Was a 3 lap course which incorporated a horribly steep hill. Got to 16m then the wheels came off. Finished...broken!!!
