Kevski YES! 11 minutes off of last years time and PB. Felt really good, tactics were good and it all fell in to place. Over the moon!! Once again, organisation was spot on. I love this race.

Birdypie Quite happy with time given the course. I really didn't have much left at the finish so think I went as hard as I could. Hopefully a return to my earlier days of sub 2 hour halfs aren't far away!

Rick OShay Have done the prep. All looks ok (except I'm on the lash, all of Friday, in Brighton at a mate's 40th) Managed the PB and actually felt really good. Those hills are bliddy tough though. Saw Cobham Runner, but I didn't see any other FE running tops

ugly If the race pb 1hr 18mins is anything to go on this should prove pretty tough,looking forward to it!!!(did i say that!).....UPDATE...Super race,going along nice at sub 7mi miling then calf went,no way i was going to stop so just carried on the best i could,hills wasn't too bad even with a sore calf,got round and another race done.Well done to Kwame who beat me 1-1 now.Hernia op next Monday hope to be back sooner rather than later.Despite it all,really enjoyed my day and seeing my buddies and a race on top is great.
