robrea a great evening for running, really happy with my run, felt like I was 100% all out throughout the whole race. 7th in 27-52 and thanks to Graeme and Jason we(Harwich) won the team prize. :-)

brotherjohn Had a decent race considering the lack of running the past couple of weeks. Ankle didn't bother me in the race, but stomach got upset last couple of miles and couldn't run flat out. Was tempted to dash off into the bushes, but just about made it to the finish. 28:31 and 11th place, 1st M50 and another 100 points, max for the 3 races so far.

DrBob forgot how long the hill goes on for in this race! Felt like I was working really hard up to the three mile point at the top of the hill, then tumbled down as fast as my tiny legs would carry me, with another M45 right on my shoulder till about half a mile to go, where I got away finally. Fairly good run on the course, which is quite tough, but it's not a breakthrough by any means.
