DrBob modified prediction. On current form I'll be doing well to hit 29 mins, but should still be a solid PB by close to two minutes. Would have been close to 29 but for schoolboy error with shoe laces. pretty much cross country for a mile and a half and a serious hill after that, so not a quick time. Pleased overall with the result as the third race this week :-)

stu8 great race as ever :) just enough rain to make it interestingly muddy but not too much i hope the times are up quick as i was too busy sprinting at the end to see the clock :( ps i don't know what drbob was doing tying his laces up @ mile 1 i need more of a chance than that to catch him

TecT Hoping to go a little faster than Ipswich last week, but don't bet as this will not be a PB by a long way! UPDATE: Pretty pleased with that run - did not cane it, and fet in control all the way round which was great. SO good to be running again.... even if I was naked. ie no Garmin! ;)
