Oli23 Awful awful weather- rain, sleet, wind and snow! Legs felt ok after yesterdays 20mile run. Hope I could have run quicker had I tapered for the race itself.

Big Kahuna Windy all the way round. Heavy rain at start followd by sleet, snow and more rain. Stopped raining 15 minutes after i finished. Did not have to walk once. Bonus

Roma Second race post-Disney, hopefully will get a pb :-) But all these bets, so much pressure :-O Update - missed the predicted time but still got a pb, which considering the conditions (biting headwind, rain, hail, snow) was a miracle!!

Cats Whiskers Hellish. Took it easy but was always going to struggle from 10m as not done the distance recently. Conditions were dire but marshals were without exception supportive and cheery.
