AngeM Last but one race before I had to finally give in to a bad knee injury that had come on in the previous month. It put me out of running for 18 months! Will go back and do this race in 2008.....

PlodderRW PB of 49.06, really wanted to beat it, but damn damn damn, missed it by 2 seconds. I love this race, but on the day this year it just didn't go well, hot, just felt too hard. Gutted.
