monki Hot (my car said 25 C), flat and full of insects (and competitive runners ;) ). Lifetime best, season best by 3.59, so trying not to be disappointed at not finding those extra 13s somewhere. Next time.....

PlodderRW PB of 49.06, really wanted to beat it, but damn damn damn, missed it by 2 seconds. I love this race, but on the day this year it just didn't go well, hot, just felt too hard. Gutted.

RickD Treated this race as a 5 mile time trial with a view of going sub 36:30 for the full distance. Got a new 5 mile pb (29:31), but struggled for the last 1.2 miles.
