milemonster Entered online on 03/07/2011. Last year's pace was 5:21. 2011 Splits: 5:21 5:26 5:37 5:25 5:30 5:37 1:26. I'm pleased with today's result because I really didn't feel like racing. Luckily once I'd started to run my body decided that I would be able to do a sub 35m 10K. I could get upset because it was slower than last year but last year I was training for a 10k. This year I'm training for a Marathon.
