Cargo Drinks stations where a disaster...................and the energy stations where invisible when I did see one it was a pathetic half a cup of powerade.................most of which got splitas I ran. Totally useless in my opinion. The relay runners had no respect whatsoever for those of us running the full distance I was cut up blocked tripped endlessly................spectaters regulary wandered across my path just stepping out in front of me. To be honest I was forewarned about the drinks and energy and had prepared.................but relay runners were a pain. The organisers of Belfast marathon need to wonder why 3300 runners entered the full distance given that 10 times that number enter Dublin marathon. Still I'm very pleased to run a PB
