Runna Great race, horrible conditions. .Ffelt strong at end, prob should have pushed harder early on, just not got the pace at the moment.

flo73 Great run although weather was horrendous (wind, rain , cold). First hill a 5M is a real leg breaker, rest of the course is Ok. Wanted to break 70 minutes so very pleased with time, gives me some confidence that I can attempt sub 90min in Dover feb 15th. Gav despite a very uncomfortable stitch and Nick did very well too... Looking forward to the next one now...

Mr Skinny A tough run with wind, rain and cold. The hill at 4m was a killer. Given the conditions I was pleased with the time. Congrats to Flo with 69min, and Nick P on 73min.

Pneu Horrible weather, cold, raining and blowing a gale most of the way round. The Hill at 7m was horrible and from then on I just could n't wait for the yellow mile markers to count their way down. Gav and Flo were amazing, Flo coming home in just over 69 mins, so he should be on for a sub 90 for the Dover half & I suppose with getting round this I have no excuse to enter either! Well marshalled race and would like to do it again, but next time with some sun please........

Nightjar A bit blustery and coupled with the hills a PB wasn't going to happen by the 5 mile point. Pushed on though for a good second half. Enjoyed the race, great organisation, marshalling and police support.

Shin-Twigs dont thanks i know i have the fitness to get me round 10 miles but need to have a successful 8 miler either this weekend or next. bit of a sore knee at moment waiting for official time but deffo 1.36 something woo hoo!!.
