Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

bedlam_g Aimed to do 5.45s for a solid sub sub 76. Held back at the start, wobbled a little in the middle, got stronger again and finished with a 5.46 average pace. Unfortunately my Garmin measured the distance at 13.29 miles so rather than a first sub 76 I'll have to make do with the narrowest of PBs for 1.16.37. Felt very good today my legs got a little stiff from about 7 miles but my effort felt relaxed and my heart rate was pretty low for the pace, which means I could potentially be good for a better PB at Alloa next week, if I feel the need.

clairevmc Delighted with my result today - first HM since having baby in October. Had hoped to run under 1.30 so 1.26 is good. Some of the distance markers were way out (mile 7??) and I also missed a few so pace a bit uneven. Set out at 6.25s which felt comfortable enough but really slowed in the last 2 miles but post-pregnancy pb all the same!!

Dvorak On one hand, faster than Malta and making up a record distance week. On the other hand, struggled in the last third and couldn't say I enjoyed it, or that I would run it again.

hannkies Not a great run, dissapointed to be honest. Legs dead heavy today, probably due to a few reasons but still a good half to get under the belt in prep for London. Well done to the guys who clocked pb's today, including the Bella guys. Good stuff.

Smout Wow! Just Wow! Read the novel of a blog :) I'm still getting use to the idea of a 17 minute PB / Sub 90 and a wee bit more :)

Stig-OT-Dump Had a cold all week plus I've missed a few sessions because of site work. I'm hope it's the cold that meant I went over 1:30. Can't say I really enjoyed this one.
