Water only when zwifting (tonight was only 45 mins). I add salt to everything I eat (within reason!) plus bananas regularly, so I'm going for voodoo or cleat / bike posiiton as the most likely options. I use SPDs.
In fairness, calf cramps tend to be the only ones I get from any form of exercise, my calves are my achilles heel. So to speak.
I had problems with calf cramping when riding pushed cleats (spd) back as far as they would go and it cured it.
I had calf issues in running as well which subsided when i was given leg strenthening exercises for an achielles injury. Single leg body weight lifts and drops (on a step).
Ive added a fan recently and pleased my alpe de zwift is now 1hr19.
I don't think it goes below parallel, not - that's at the front of the stroke, yes?
Here's a hilarious video of me attempting to use the BikeFitFast app with stickers all over the place. Note the impressive chunk of wood as the riser for the front wheel too, plus the B&Q knock-off WorkMate on which I put the laptop when I'm zwifting. Sophisticated, eh!
Any tips to sort out fit (that don't involve buying things) welcome! At least I'm wearing my Fetch top...
one fan seems to be enough. my set up is in my garage. its 7 degrees cooler in there at the moment. benefit of no windows and built with thermalite blocks.
