Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

That's the measure I'm sticking to macca. It ties up with the countdown clock on screen when you take the climb too.

I've got the "Alpe du Zwift (Zwift Insider verified)" strava segment starred as that seems to exactly align with the in game climb.

28 mins anyone?

Simbil - 28 mins is incredible isn't it. sub 40 is 5Wkgs, I'm already putting out some of the best numbers of my life so improvement from here is going to be incredibly hard. I definately won't be scaring the fast people.

Thanks Gobi, Larkim and Simbil. I was a bit surprised, and further reading seems to confirm, that there’s not a log of segments within Zwift itself, just the record of the overall ride.

I think the various KOMs, laps, sprints etc are recorded in Zwift (it dispplays your 30day PRs etc doesn't it), but I don't know how to access them. strava segments do work well, especially the zwift verified ones.

I'm not sure that the 28 min ascent is widely accepted!!

Nope, not just yet, but it looks like an avenue I'll need to go down at some point!

Calf cramps - twice now I've been within about 0.4m of the end of a ride, ramping the power up a bit (but not much - FTP + 10-20% ish) and my calf has cramped after no earlier signs of discomfort. And it's not the first time when cycling either, though out in the wild it's not happened too many times recently.

I eat plenty of bananas and salt.

Any suggestions for resolving them? (Apart from "just ride more"!)
