Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Oh my word. That's just a level I can't even conceive of. What sort of watts is that on the 7.5m segment up there? My speedy running son is the same weight as me, he had a go up the Alpe and managed 1hr3 with 224W, I was 1hr22 at 172W, you must be well into the 320s?

Just another level. I'm impressed enough with my 50kg getting up in 58mins.

Anyway, I'm enjoying this zwift stuff still. Keeping me from putting my trainers on anyway...

Nope, I need 4.5wkg to break 45 mins, a power I can ride for 20/30 mins currently.

Hi all, I am just starting to re-engage on this site, I have been zwifting since last October and starting to load my Zwift rides on to here via zip files, quick question, is there any way of auto-connecting to Zwifft so rides are automatically loaded onto this site, or do I need to continue to manually add GPX files?

Cheers Gobi, that's OK, at least I can add a GPX file each time now!

Zwift has been great during lockdown and I do find it has been beneficial overall, certainly feel quite strong on the bike.

I did the Alpe du Zwift last weekend, I was way too conservative with my pacing, happy I did it but not desperate to go back!

Red - dont download the GPX download the original file as it is a .FIT and will then show in your log as zwift.

I enjoy the alpe

Thanks for the tip! Noted!

Pleased you enjoyed the Alpe - it was just a touch too long in the saddle for me (I know, I should have rode faster)!

Not you Gobi, I was confused by Larkim saying he was 73kg on the previous page then talking about his 50kg self getting up the Alpe in 58mins.
