With the huge emotional sh*t I'm currently experiencing I'm thinking it's time to return to the mat. But as I look and read I learn there is so much more to yoga than asanas and wonder if this is the potential way to help clear my head and come to terms with life.

I'm not religious so turning to "the church" isn't for me.

Can anyone recommend any websites or books to help me explore more of the other 7 limbs of yoga?
TIA

Just doing the poses with breath control helps with mindfulness. Eight limbs of yoga can be found here - yogajournal.com - it's a useful website for all things yoga.

Can someone point me in the direction of extremely basic/beginner level stuff that I can do at home in about 15-20mins (max) that caters for super-inflexible people.

I think I need to start doing something to (a) bendy myself and (b) something strengthenining. Particularly in the core.

I'm not overly keen on the whole "spiritual" stuff, so a minimum of that if possible. But main bit is that it needs to be very easy.

SarahBeth yoga on Youtube has sessions of about that length and she doesn't tend to faff about with the spiritual stuff, or if she does it's optional and at the end. With yoga you work with the body you have so just modify poses as necessary and she will normally tell you how to do that.

Hmm. Link didn't work. It was to a playlist of beginner suitable routines. This is an example (I've not done this one myself).

Hmm. I don't think that worked either but I'm sure you can find something suitable based on what I wrote.
