Well done, Brig. :)

Hello geordiegirl and welcome to the wonderful world of yoga! Finding a class is difficult, I am lucky that my local gym has a new Pilates class taken by an ex national level gymnast who is a wonderful tutor! Oh boy is this challenging! The Yoga Revolution will serve you well. I hope you enjoy the journey 😃

Welcome GG. I found revolution great as most of the sessions are around 30 mins so relatively easy to fit into your day.

I was 2/3 through 30 days of yoga when revolution started so resuming 30 days. Day 19 done. I might try that spine one tonight though.

Welcome GG :-)
KB - Yoga for the spine was excellent, I'm going to try and do it once a week :-)

I'm away for half term week with limited internet access, so may have to make it up as I go along :-o :-)

fraggle - Yoga for the spine for me tonight. I liked it. My dodgy feet are letting me down again though. Bloody PF now.

Well done superstar - not sure I have yet managed serene and wafty. I'm settling for slightly less manic and 50mph rather than 100mph.
