ok I'm in, only on day 9 but was already wondering what I was going to do once I'm finished! Liking this idea of carrying on and doing the same session!
I really like the idea of keeping the thread going and trying to keep each other motivated. Picking a session for the week sounds great - then we can compare notes.
I am back to feeling as though I want to exercise again but have list my momentum so will be starting again gently. Happy to have gotten the email from A telling me about her "short sessions" first one on my inbox was a very welcome 5 minutes. Let's get back in the game!
