Is anyone else still continuing with YwA sessions? I am still trying to do 3 x per week. It sounds daft but somehow it was easier when I was doing it daily. It's too easy to say 'I'll do it tomorrow night'. I'm not beating myself up about it if I miss the odd session though. I did a 40 minute one tonight which I enjoyed. She doesn't have much in her 45-60min playlist and a lot of them are Yoga for Weight Loss which for some reason puts me off.
Are you doing revolution again? I was going to do 30 days of yoga to keep it going. I realised tonight how far I have come. I see such a huge difference, not just in my yoga practice but posture etc. I might do another 31 days....
There is a March balancing playlist on YouTube. There is also a pdf calendar for this. I might have a go. It's all existing videos from her collection but put together as a programme.
