Day 31 done. Anyone else? I won't spoil it for you all.
Needless to say I am so glad I stuck with it this time. So many benefits and I am really keen to continue regular practice.

Day 25 done here. Definitely feeling the benefits of daily(ish) yoga practice, and I'm going to try and carry on with 3+ sessions a week after this.

I'm now looking at her stuff on youtube. I'm thinking 3+times per week too but maybe slightly longer sessions i.e. 40-45mins.

Hello!
I'm now on day 15, and still loving it. Well done those who have completed or near completion. I'd love to keep something going after the 31 days, maybe we can keep the support going on here? I can't afford classes in the real world at the moment, so free and online is prefect.
