Day 26 did not go well. It was a very busy day and I tried to go straight from rush, rush, rush into the session. It was over before I really settled into it.
We ARE twins, fraggle - or almost twins - I did days 20 and 21 together to catch up. I remember the 'blankie' day.
I don't know how Adriene manages not to sound twee or precious, I would usually get annoyed at blankets and hugging and the like but she walks the line for me!
There is something inherently likable about Adriene. Although I have had many 'oh for goodness sake just shut up and get on with it' moments. Mostly whilst balancing on one leg waiting for her to tell me what to do next and she goes off on a rambling one. I feel very comfortable with her for the most part
I was also so relieved to hear her mention Benji the other day. Her - let's face it - 'adorable' dog! I was worried he was no more. I like cats as well but I DO appreciate Adriene being a dog person, it's kind of refreshing.
Yeah agree. Her stopping and going 'ooh dog hair' makes me like her more. I wonder if Benji has his own yoga mat like Ernie does (a blanket for him to lie on so he vacates my mat)
